On Sept. 19, artist Fuji Hiroshi's talk event will be held at the ART BASE 88, room #306 @ KONYA 2023, Fukuoka, JAPAN.

Mr. Fuji has joined the SITE Santa Fe Seventh International Biennial "Lucky Number Seven".

ART BASE 88 at Konya2023, opening event today

Konya 2023 cafe has started last weekend (only Sat. and Sun.).
Cold coffee is 450 yen, interior is original.




The banners for each room. My room "AB88"'s is yellow one.


Today August 1, ART BASE 88 will have "Art Bazaar 88 --- Why don't you come to Konya tonight ? (KONYA WA KONYA NI KONYA)". no charge. party and bazaar. art goods, second hand books and cloth, etc.

Very short vacation (from thursday afternoon till frinday night), I went to Kokonoe-cho and Yufuin in Ooita Pref.
Hot spring spa, french dinner, special small room, lots of green!

Good morning from Oohori Kouen Park

We have the Oohori Kouen Park in Fukuoka, near the Fukuoka Art Museum. In every morning lots of people enjoy walking, running, cycling and their own exercise.

Early summer festival (Tanabata Matsuri)

On July 5, 2008, the Tanabata Matsuri festival was held at the Reisen-so, Hakata.
It is traditional to float Japanese white noodle by water through bamboo line, NAGASHI-SOMEN, Japanese summer item.
